EXERCISE

Health is all about balance. You cannot be 100% healthy if you are sitting on a couch all day long. If we move our body we not only burn calories but also balance hormones and nurture cells.
You should choose something which suits you. If you don't like running - do not do this find somethig what you will love like e.g. dancing, yoga or pilates.

Life is about having fun not pushing too hard on youself!
 

POSITIVE THINKING

In my opinion health is not only what we eat but also what we think. Thoughts are so powerful. We should use them in the right way.
If you concentrate on things you don't want you will always have them more. Instead of that try to focus on things you like about yourself and others. Day by day you will realize how blessed you are. Try to be grateful for every second of your life. There is always something to be grateful for.

Remember life is like a book - one bad chapter doesn't mean that all book (in this case - life) is bad.

DIET

I think that we are what we eat. We can heal ourselves or slowly kill.
Natural food is a really powerful form of medicine.
When you learn to listen to your body and start eating intuitive you  find out that you really don't need doughnuts, chips or burgers.

If you don't take care of your body where are you going to live?
